Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund if approved.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
